What we require from you

Before we start, we would need to know...

• How you would approach your market in order to promote our products
• What methods you use to assist you, e.g. Exhibitions, Advertising, Clinical Evaluations, Social Media, other
• What other products do you sell and where your main focus is
• How many direct sales representatives you employ
• How many of these are dedicated solely to anaesthesia and airway management products
• Which of our products you are particularly interested in or if you require our full product range
• Whether or not you operate a sub distribution system in your territory
• What geographical area you cover

We would expect you

• To provide regular, knowledgeable feedback and updates on competitor activity and developments within your market
• To carry out regular promotional activity for our product range within your market
• To be responsible for any local Licence or Registration applications and their associated fees
• To assist us in translating any relevant documentation into the language of your home territory
• To provide your full company name(s) and address(es), including subsidiaries and parent companies, key contact phone, email, Skype and social media details.

What you can expect from us

• All products to be CE and/or FDA approved
• First option to exclusively distribute any newly developed devices within your home territory
• Detailed “hands on” product training by clinically qualified staff, at your own premises, for your sales team and customers
• Clinical and technical support, training videos and presentations
• Product literature and samples. After receiving the initial promotional literature from us we would expect you to create your own promotional material in your own language. We would be happy to assist you with this by providing you with artwork, images etc, and any other appropriate information
• As a valued distribution partner, you would be welcome to visit our state of the art manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China
• You would also be welcome to visit us at any of the global exhibitions that we attend throughout the year (see events page for details). Equally, we are happy to attend and provide support for you at any of your local exhibitions should you think that it would be beneficial for you
• We will share with our distribution partners any relevant market information and exclusive details of new product developments
• Potential for your own brand to be produced, subject to volume commitment.
